- DOCUMENTATION AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
SAP PP/MM Analysts
Responsibilities :
- Provide remote, first-level technical support to international client via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT transactional issues or escalate to higher-level support when necessary
- Accurately document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with international clients
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with SAP PP,/WM modules
- Experience working in a remote or virtual support environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
