Technical skills and experience required:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience using Java
  • Good knowledge of database theories and of the SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) languages
  • Proven experience in JAVA technologies;
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript language and its frameworks (jQuery)
  • Good knowledge of CSS ver. 2 and 3;
  • Knowledge of the JSON format and implementation of the rest API
  • Knowledge of the GIT Version Control System is fundamental
  • Notions of Agile methodology
  • Good knowledge of the processes that characterize the corporate functions (administrative and commercial)
  • Fluency in English

Web/Java Developer Skills

DevOps Engineers

    • DevOps Tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Grafana)/li>
    • Platform Auxiliary Components
    • System Administration (Rancher, Helm Fleet)
    • Monitoring (Grafana, Thanos, Prometheus)
  • AUTOMATE INFRASTRUCTURE PROVISIONING (DEVELOP GROOVY SCRIPTS IN JENKINS, HELM, AZURE DEVOPS)
    • Running components (Dockers, Kubernetes, Kafka)
  • SUPPORT OPERATIONS
    • Problem Management
    • Change Mangaement
  • DOCUMENTATION AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

SAP PP/MM Analysts

Responsibilities :


  • Provide remote, first-level technical support to international client via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT transactional issues or escalate to higher-level support when necessary
  • Accurately document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication
  • Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to knowledge base updates
Required Skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with international clients
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk roles
Preffered Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP PP,/WM modules
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual support environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
